Status - Restored

BUI 4 - Fish tumours and other deformities

officially designated as Restored March 17, 2017

BUI 7 - Restrictions on dredging activities -

officially designated as Restored April 21, 2017

Status: Impaired - Submitted for redesignation approval

BUI 3 - Degradation of fish and wildlife populations

BUI 6 - Degradation of benthos

BUI 10 - Beach closures

BUI 14 - Loss of fish and wildlife habitat

Status: Redesignation process underway

BUI 1 - Restriction on fish and wildlife consumption

BUI 9 - Restrictions on drinking water or taste and odour problems

Beneficial Use Status: Impaired 

BUI 8 - Eutrophication or undesirable algae

BUI 11 - Degradation of aesthetics

BUI 13 -  Degradation of phytoplankton and zooplankton populations
